These are great — especially the bristle-y stalks (no idea what they are) — really beautiful, the florists could use stuff like that.
I have six Japanese Cyprus trees at the back of my property. When stressed (like from our three month heat wave plus three months of drought) some of the branch tips fall off, after partially turning different shades of orange, red, and brown. It was a overcast but bright day when I took the photos, so with a macro lens (and a dash extra saturation in Lightroom) those colors really popped out.
